IndustrySelect is launching a pilot program for direct dial phone numbers on executive contact profiles. Over 200,000 direct dials are already in the database, and we are actively growing that number. We want your feedback.

Anyone who has spent time in industrial sales knows the frustration of calling a company's main line, working through a receptionist, getting transferred twice, and ending up in a voicemail box that may never be checked. Direct access to the person you actually need to reach is one of the most valuable things a sales rep can have.

That is why we are excited to introduce direct dial phone numbers to IndustrySelect executive contact profiles, and we are inviting our Basic+ and Pro+ subscribers to be the first to put them to work.

The Update You’ve Been Waiting For

IndustrySelect currently profiles 800,000+ executives across our database of U.S. manufacturers, suppliers, and industrial service providers. Alongside each executive's name, title, function, and direct email, you will now find direct dial phone numbers where available. Here is where things stand today:

  • 823,000+ total executive contacts
  • 503,000+ direct email addresses (61% coverage)
  • 206,000+ direct dial phone numbers (25% coverage) and growing

25% coverage is a meaningful start, and we are committed to expanding that number continuously. The goal is to give IndustrySelect users the most complete, multi-channel contact picture available for industrial decision makers anywhere.

We are intentional about the word pilot. We believe the best product improvements come from the people using the data in the field every day. As we build out direct dial coverage, we want to hear directly from subscribers about accuracy, coverage gaps, and how this data is affecting your outreach results.

Why Direct Dials Change the Outreach Equation
